The Bar
The beating heart of the Star & Dove. A warm and comfortable atmosphere for our lovely locals and passers-by to come and relax in. Thaw out on our cosy wingbacks by the open fire in the winter months or pull up a seat by the window and watch the people of Bristol going about their day.
As the sun starts to creep back out, guests can catch some rays in our secluded suntrap back garden or wine and
dine al fresco out front.
Our bar is open 12-10pm from Wednesday to Saturday and 12-5:30pm on Sundays

New cocktails inspired by Bristol’s history, using local liqueurs and ingredients along with all the old classic cocktails we all know and love.
